It sucks to suck. But we all do it from time to time so we best learn to deal with it, clean up the mess if possible, and move on.
There’s no way to escape suck, but its grip is weak and can’t hold us long if we develop the right tools. In other words, as this post title suggests, we can chuck the suck.
These are the topics of my post this week at Wise & Shine Magazine.
Please give it a look and offer any thoughts you have in the comments. You might also be interested in the OG version of this article, which was posted here on Five O’Clock Shadow way back when. Read that piece here.
Follow and subscribe to Five O’Clock Shadow for more stories and pieces including the RebEarth series, Old Man Rants and Music. New categories are in the works. Each Friday, I’ll post to a new piece to Wise & Shine so be sure to subscribe there as well.
Don’t get sucked up. And if you do, don’t stay sucked up. 😀

It’s hard sometimes to pull yourself out of a rut especially when life is being exceptionally difficult. I really think I needed to read this today, thanks for sharing my friend! I think it’s important to ask for help if you need it because let’s face it, we all need extra support from time to time when the suck won’t stop sucking. ❤️
