New Year’s Resolutions are like watching NFL pre-season games. It seems like a good idea to the football-starved, summer mind, but it doesn’t take long to get bored, give up and move on to other things. So this year, I’m trying something new. I’m calling it Reflective Analysis because it sounds fancy and important.

Is it really fancy and important? Probably not, but it might be at least interesting to consider. If you think so too, please check out my post this week at Wise & Shine Magazine where I lay out the concept, procedure and results of my new, New Year’s Resolution replacement.

Read the article here.

It’s cool if you want to stick to the usual resolution making, try my new reflective analysis thing, or skip it all together and just move on with life. Whatever you decide, I hope the coming year is good to you.
